- Checked-in baggage and cargo is limited to PHP 100 per passenger unless the passenger has declared a higher value and paid the supplementary tariff
- Tourist Class and Open Air passengers with trolley bags and collapsible bags in excess of 130cm total dimension shall be checked-in
- Tourist Class and Open Air passengers have a free baggage allowance of 10kg per passenger. Baggage/s above 10kgs must be checked-in
- Business Class passengers have a free baggage allowance of 20kg per passenger. Trolleys can be hand-carried, provided it does not exceed a total dimension of 130cm
- Extra charges will apply for baggage allowance. Tariff rate may vary depending on the port of destination
- Excess baggage exceeding the free weight-limit traveling from Iloilo to Bacolod and vice versa, for all classes, will incur the following charges as follows: PHP 10 (10 kgs below), PHP 20 (30 kgs below), and PHP 25 (more than 30 kgs)

This one’s very easy to use! all you need to do is show your voucher to Oceanjet counter, pay the environmental fee, then you’re all set! would recommend to book this specially during peak season & rush hours.
Booking my ticket through the app was a breeze—super convenient and easy to use! After purchasing, I simply checked in at the terminal and paid the necessary fees without any hassle. If you have large luggage, I highly recommend hiring a porter. The plank bridge leading to the boat can be tricky due to its uneven surface and the constant movement from the waves, making it a bit unstable. Once on board, I opted for Business Class, and it was comfortable, though the air-conditioning was quite cold, so be sure to bring a jacket. Overall, the journey was smooth, and I’d definitely recommend this route for anyone traveling between Bacolod and Iloilo.
I booked economy but it was very comfortable with a/c and a television. no signal mid-trip and it can get a bit rocky so prepare anti nausea meds if ever. the process was seamless, all i needed to do was get my official ticket from the oceanjet stall, pay the terminal fee, and i was done.
We were chance passengers that time. You only have to pay 50 pesos per person. However, we didnt expect that we took an open air seats. Maybe because we were the last passengers to board the ferry. The weather was good so trip was smooth-sailing.
The best and most efficient way to travel between Bacolod and Iloilo. Although, for those who have motion sickness should they should take medicine before embarking the ferry. The process was very seamless and there was no problem in redeeming your ticket. The wave could be rough especially in the afternoon to evening so be aware.
Very easy and accessible to purchase. The whole process is very smooth and doesn't require a lot of time. The business class seat is entirely sulit for convenient trip.
Oceanjet Passenger must check-in at least 30 minutes before indicated departure time, failure to do so may mean forfeiture of confirmed seat reservation.
