The spa staff was friendly and approachable. The pool staff was a muslim guy who even showed us where we could pray and brought towels for us to serve as a praying mat. Truly loved the service provided. Thank you!

I used this service on my last day, before boarding my flight. The poolside area was cool and refreshing, a perfect space to unwind after my travels. The spa massage was especially wonderful, and I was so glad to feel refreshed before my flight! There are shower rooms both inside the spa and by the poolside. Spa guests can also use the shower rooms within the spa. It was a clean and comfortable space, and shampoo and other amenities were provided. They recommended waiting two hours after a massage before showering, so I suggest booking your massage early. I couldn't make a phone call, so I booked my appointment via email, and I was very grateful for their prompt and courteous response. The wellness meal and drink were quite substantial, allowing me to have a proper meal before heading to the airport. It was a luxurious experience that kept me engaged for hours. I definitely want to use this service again next time!

From the outside it doesn’t show - yet the place on the 3rd floor is tasteful, staff attentive and massage is bliss. Nice facilities and clean. We had a joyful day in gym, spa, pool - and ended up in Kampong Glam

The atmosphere is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the environment is elegant! The strength can be a little deeper! Maybe I forgot to react! So comfortable!
