I decided to book a half-day tour around 9 am, and after a simple booking via the app, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp before 10 am. He confirmed that he could pick us up from the hotel at 10:30 am, and he actually arrived around 10:20 am, which was great! Because I already had a target destination I wanted to visit, the driver took us in one direction to my desired locations. During the trip, the driver's vehicle was always near my sightseeing spots. Whether I came back early or late, I only needed to WhatsApp him again, and the car would arrive quickly. For our group of three, we rode in a Toyota SUV, which was very comfortable. I highly recommend this half-day or full-day chartered car trip for friends who are on vacation and don't want to think too much about planning an itinerary. It's very comfortable and cost-effective, and it's more convenient than calling a Grab. After buying souvenirs, you can just leave them in the car and take them out at the end of the trip before heading back to the hotel in comfort.

Had a really great experience with the Ho Chi Minh Private Car Charter. Our driver Mr. Hoa was super kind and friendly. He speaks just a little English but with Google Translate we had no issues at all. What we loved most was how fast he came to pick us up. Every time we texted him, he showed up almost instantly, which was amazing in the hot weather so we didn’t have to wait outside. Before going back, we asked him to stop at Co.op Mart so we could grab some souvenirs. He happily took us there and waited patiently while we shopped. Really smooth and reliable service. I booked only a day before but the provider confirmed right away. Our driver, Phu, arrived 10mins before scheduled pick up time. His English is limited but he uses Google translate comfortably so it was all ok. We got to see places in the outskirts of HCMC in the morning and got to do some shopping in the afternoon.

For those who are travelling with children or elderly, I recommend booking a private car for your city tour! maximize seeing tourist spots by availing 8hrs tour! we just sent all the places we want to visit and there was no problem at all! seats were comfortable too! they also have free bottled water!

Mr. Hahn, our driver, has a very pleasing personality. The car was clean and he was on time to pick us up. The tour was not that tight as we had the chance to spend time in the places we went to. Thank you Klook and Mr Hahn👍👍👍

must have when touring the city! hcm is not a very walkable city so having the private transportation brought so much convenience to our group. we were able to visit many spots thanks to the very efficient driver. car was also clean and premium feels.

We booked a half day private car charter so we could visit a few shopping areas. Hobby shop, game shop, department store, Russian markets and Saigon Square. All up we were out for almost 5.5 hrs. As per the booking information - extra time is paid in cash to the driver. The driver was courteous, safe and the car was comfortable and clean. We provided the map coordinates via Google maps and estimated how long we would be at each place. The driver would either wait out front (if space allowed) or would drop us off and return when we were ready. We communicated through WharsApp and used Google Translate. It was great to leave shopping in the car as we moved from place to place!

Our driver, Xuan, was very nice and helpful. He was able to guide us around Ho Chi Minh. We were able to go and see a lot of sights and buy a lot of stuff from the markets we went to. The price is very worth it as we managed to cross off a lot from our itinerary.

Highly reccomended. Driver is on time. We safetly arrived in our hotel and the tourist spot. I booked 2 vans since we are 18 pax. I will surely booked again the next time. Driver is also friendly and gave us clear instruction where to wait for him everytime we are finished.

The car was comfortable and cool enough to beat the hot and humid weather of Vietnam. The driver is easy to communicate too and knows exactly where we wanted to go. Booking this private chartered car was very convenient especially if your travelling with a big group like us.
