The service was good and it was fast. The staffs are accommodating and the location is near to our home.
You need to show your QR code from Klook so they can scan it then register. They will perform throat and nose swab.Bring your own pen if you don't want to use the communal pen. We requested for our results to be released as soon as possible. They can't promise but they did try. We had our test at 1pm monday and got result thursday morning

I recently used the COVID-19 rapid antigen test service at this location. The process was fast, and I appreciated the minimal crowd, ensuring a swift experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient. However, the only drawback was that the facility was outdoors, which could be inconvenient, especially in certain weather conditions. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in terms of testing environment.

I called up their clinic first to confirm if they can release the results within the promised time frame. Then when I checked Klook, they still have slots for the same day so I booked right away. Before going there, I printed and filled up the forms so everything was a breeze. We had our two young kids with us since we're doing this test for international travel. We arrived before 3pm and there was just one or two other patients there. Process is smooth and we were out in about 30 minutes. Received the results thru email in less than 12 hours. Highly recommended!
I booked it jan10 then my appointment is on jan11 when I got there there’s a lot of people. The guard told us that they just have one swabber that’s okay I understand. The process is easy just make sure to go early. So there will be fewer people.
