It was convenient to be able to tour the city comfortably without luggage and then transfer to the airport. The vehicle pickup arrived exactly at the reserved time, and I received a WhatsApp message upon arrival. The airport pickup seemed to have arrived earlier than scheduled and was waiting. We arrived at the airport 30 minutes before our reservation time and were able to find them right away. I am satisfied.

For bicycle travelers, bicycle delivery from the city to the airport was one of the biggest concerns, and then they came across Klook's airport delivery service. I really appreciated how kind the person in charge, Frank, was. If you are visiting Barcelona, please use it a lot~

The delivery driver did not wear an orange vest and drove a different car model to what I was told to expect, hence the driver left after waiting in the hotel lobby - we did not realise that person was him. He reported that he called my number however I had told Luggit/LuggAgent to contact me via Whatsapp as I did not have roaming on. Fortunately I contacted Whatsapp and the driver returned shortly afterwards. I was most pleased with the luggage collection at the airport later that evening - I arrived 90 min earlier than planned but my request for an early time was accommodated on the spot - so 60 min earlier than the scheduled time, allowing us to check-in early and pass through security to explore the airport, luggage-free. The second delivery driver also messaged and called me via Whatsapp as he was approaching the airport.

This service is very convenient and delivers on time! It frees up your hands so you can enjoy your trip to Barcelona with peace of mind. They also have their own app to track the status of your luggage.

I reserved the luggage transfer for my bags with Klook from Barcelona airport to our Air bnb. I paid the fee of £70. Klook then subcontracted the service to Luggit. Luggit then asked for a further $25 to deliver to an Air BnB. Apparently, they only transfer to hotels normally. I tried to cancel the Klook order. It was 48 hours before the departure, but the website wouldn't allow it. So, I reluctantly paid the $25 extra fee. Klook then sent me instructions for dropping off my bags at Barcelona Airport on arrival. They were completely incorrect. Luggit does not collect from the left luggage office in the airport. It has a curbside pickup from the departures area. I didn't find this out until I arrived at the airport. I got a WhatsApp from Luggit saying the driver would only wait 15 mins from the pickup time. So I had to dash upstairs from arrivals with two trolleys of bags. Super stressful. Just made it. But then when the delivery was dues, Klook had given Luggit the wrong address.

LuggAgent baggage agent, communication and contact in advance is fast and instant, the description of the delivery method is very clear and all Chinese, even if the English is not good, it is not easy to make mistakes, and how to tell the hotel counter and the authorization letter when the website is handed over. There are complete instructions for playing... It makes people feel like a professional and international service company. The driver is required to take the baggage photo and the baggage receipt provided by the guest to pick up the item with the hotel. The baggage is almost impossible to fall into the hands of unknown people, which is reassuring. Only, this time I am sorry that I remembered the appointment time and fine-tuned the itinerary but did not inform, so that I wasted this service and let the driver run away. Therefore, the lesson learned from my painful experience is that the driver will strictly observe the time of the appointment and pick up the item on time, so even if you check-out early, don't make an appointment too early, just make a reservation for the hotel's check-out time (12 points) Or 11 points or so) just fine, it will not force yourself to have the flexibility to adjust the itinerary. The second point is that when you make an appointment, all of them are filled in with your own domestic contact information. Remember to inform the luggage agent of the local temporary mobile phone number after arriving at the destination (in fact, there is no line ID, but it is useless). If you have a problem, the driver can get in touch with the person~ This is really important!
