Resorts World Sentosa – Hotel Michael™ Festive Dinner Staycation

booked for my girl's birthday celebration. hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite and helped deco the room when we went for swimming! the kids were elated! swimming area has a jaccuzi pool which is under the shade. thanks for the memorable trip and letting us have such a wonderful time!

As the gov tighten measurements, 2A2C are still allowed to stay in a room. We had a great staycation at the Micheal Hotel. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. We check in on a weekday and room is ready for us. Staff tried to find a room with bathtub for us but not available. The room is clean and big with a small balcony. Prebook our pool slot for the evening. Hotel provide free parking for each night. Bought 2 kids tickets to USS from concierge as the room included 2 adults tickets. We went to USS on a Thur, not a lot of ppl. I think we tried almost all the rides except those which are closed on weekdays. Kids collected a lot of candy from the USS Halloween meet and greet. Most restaurants and food court are not open on weekdays but there is a McDonald at the forum. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back again.

It was our first time to stay at a RWS Hotel, although there's hiccups during check in, their general manager offers us a free breakfast the following day. The whole experience was still fabulous, a lot of activities can be done at Sentosa and a 3D2N isn't enough! Will definitely be back for more!

After booking for a two nights stay, I emailed to RWS that it was a surprise celebration for my hubby's birthday. Hotel agreed to do a simple decor for me but ended up the receptionist overlook. Informed through email that I was rather disappointed. On the same day, their senior manager called and apologised and upgrade us to a premium suite. We were so happy to see the room especially my hubby. We had an enjoyable day throughout. Thanks ....🙏🙏 Well done 👍👍

Very different to stay in hotel during Covid period… but queue in USS was short which was very good! We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. Quiet and nice stay.

Its a fun and enjoyable staycation with my family of 5. we booked swimming slot at hotel everyday for 3days and also have the hotel to deco our room and hotel also made arrangement to help connect both room for us. the room are neat clean and bed is soft and comfortable. My Whole family enjoyed our trip and will recommend other to book their hotel too. and we will return and book again when we are free again. Hotel also give us a quiet room and high floor room no. 0966 and 0967. thumb up

Awesome deal from Klook. However instructions and details of the package could be clearer. We are a family of 3 and we had an awesome stay at Hotel Michael. There were a few hiccups during check in but hey it’s the school holidays ain’t it. We expected a crowd and some delays, but the staff were polite and professional in managing the situation. House keeping could be improved nonetheless. The way the beds were made, how the sheets fitted, were peculiar IMHO. I would prefer the entire mattress to be covered for hygiene reasons. The highlights of the stay were the people. The attentive, sincere and welcoming hotel staffs took great care of us. Namely Cecilia, Daniel and Mani. You guys made our stay at Hotel Michael a wonderful and memorable one. Big kudos to you. Thank you so much. See you in the near future, Hotel Michael.

Good experience! Hotel is clean and the deluxe room is already very spacious! Hotel is near USS, thus very accessible! There were some food choices and i must say the set meal for four pax at tung lok heen (just below hotel) for $88 was super worth it! We only had 2 of us but ordered the four pax meal hahaha! Only sad thing is I was rejected for my hotel decoration request. Staff told me that it was ceased due to covid but i saw another review with decoration from a visitor who just stayed one day before! 😞 Nonetheless, was still a nice stay :)

Went with my parents. Hotel felt like an atas chalet stay but it was clean and good overall. Pity that there wasnt bathtub and ladies do note that they dun provide conditioner. However, we loved the jacuzzi pool! Overall I still think it was a good deal package deal at $460 with 2 USS tickets! We had fun at USS too.

Service was good. Smooth queuing system for check-in. Room is clean. View is beautiful as well
