Choose any of the five available lounges - depending on whether you're arriving or departing, and depending on your personal preference on the day. Each lounge has sleek and contemporary interiors and gives you a completely different experience. Some lounges are equipped with a wellness center, private showers, and bars (at extra cost), and others are built for working with telephone services. All of the lounges come with comfortable seats, unlimited food and hot and chilled drinks, access to free WiFi, international newspapers and magazines, and more so you can wait for your next flight or arrive at your next destination completely relaxed.

Comparing to other lounges (BA/CX) there were less options at this lounge during breakfast time. Only beans mushrooms omelettes sausages pancakes breads and salads & mixed fruits. However good thing was there was bar that you might have some alcohol/wine.
perfect place to relax prior to a long haul flight. everything a person could want to eat or drink, comfortable seating, showers and clean facilities. well worth the money
There are many kinds of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks provided, Many seats enough for everyone, good food for eating, clean toilets and good services.
Easy, fast and affordable lounge stay. The lounge at the London Heathrow was full and it was chaotic. Food was okay but not great. A lot of chairs and tables are not clean on time. Shower room and restrooms were under maintenance and customers need to go outside of the lounge to use the to toilet.
The lounges at Heathrow Airport are very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment that allows you to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of travel. However, the food selection is a bit ordinary, and I'd like to see more exquisite dishes to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it's still a good place to relax.
Super worth it if you utilise it long enough. Food is okay but can get crowded during peak periods. When I was there, the shower facilities weren’t open so that’s a downside.
Overall it was good experience and worth the money. It made our waiting for it flight experience better and was situatated near our departure gate. The only negative if I had to pick one is that the quantity of food available was good but the quality was poor and a limited choice. Beer on tap, wine and spirits included in the price which was great. Very clean and staff very friendly.
The environment of the VIP room is very comfortable and the food is delicious. It is a good place to rest and wait~~
a very good experience before boarding a long flight to the far east a fair choice of hot and cold snacks and drinks klook offered the cheapest rate for access to this lounge so I will definitely be using their lounge access service again
