During the autumn and winter seasons, XUAN Chinese Restaurant uses seasonal ingredients to create a limited-time "Japanese-Western Seasonal Feast," blending Japanese delicacy with Western aroma. With meticulous cuisine, it showcases the flavor levels of the changing seasons, inviting you to experience multiple surprises on the taste buds between heartwarming delicacies. This issue must try "Cinnamon Berry Stewed Pork" with a rich aroma, and "Japanese Miso Grilled Squid" which is fresh, tender and flavorful, showcasing the ultimate flavor of Japanese and Western fusion.
Continuing the popular classics, "Oyster Emperor Fresh Vegetable Abalone", "Golden Soup Sauerkraut Black Fish Pot" and "Freshly Fried Scallops with Rouge Shrimp" also debut simultaneously.
