Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours in Niagara Falls from New York

Safety Information:

• Our tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart or respiratory issues
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
• There is a minimum height requirement of 40″ tall for the Freedom Jet DRY seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
• Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
• Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

Arriving for your reservation:

• Guests are required to arrive at your chosen location 45 minutes in advance of departure time to register, collect your wristbands and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Failure to do so could result in you being moved to the next available time without notice. Late arrivals will not result in any type of refund.

• Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your booked trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee (this includes moving you to another trip time due to late arrival).
