The buffet features Crab Legs, Oyster, Shrimps, Mussels, assorted sashimi and sushi, and hot dishes such as Wok-fried Brown Crab with Chili Garlic, Wok-fried Brown Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Wok-fried Abalone with Chili Garlic, Isoyaki Abalone, Roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Peking Duck, Baked Puff Pastry Salmon, Roasted Lamb Leg, Tempura and more international cuisines that will serve on a rotational basis and tantalize your taste buds. You can also customize your steaming bowl of Laksa at our made-to-order noodle station. Guests enjoying the buffet dinner can savor a bowl of Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup, and from the first to the second day of the Lunar New Year, each guest will additionally receive a serving of Baked Canadian Lobster with Mornay Cheese Sauce, allowing you to experience the luxury of the ocean.
