Have fun with family enjoying the beauty of Terengganu!!
it was a good boat tour. Pak ali is very good at taking photos and informative. Although i wish the meet up point location was more clear and exact location pin point was clear. we had our grab driver bring us to sekati island and it felt dodgy. event the driver never been to the place and we asked everyone where pak Ali's jetty was and no one knew where it was. luckily a person from the island told us where the jetty was. other than that it was a ones in a lifetime experience.
Amazing photogenic place! The guides are also very friendly and nice!! You should try it!!
overall okay, but the address no match. they have new address. kindly update. guide okay, on time. 👍🏻
twas so much fun, a rare experience and we can observe more scenery compared to watching it from the road!
I recommend you don't use klook to book the boat because even the boat owners don't know about klook and said it must be a scam. I waited for 2 hours there to identify who received my booking by klook and almost cried. Finally able to find one of the owners who used the klook and he simply said he forgot about my booking. Then another owner helped us to have the tour. Booking directly only costs RM 30 per person. Those people are villagers and don't know about the apps and online booking. Please contact them directly if you want to have a boat tour.
Dear customer, thank you for choosing Klook and for leaving this review. We take your feedback extremely seriously. We regret to hear about your unpleasant experience with your booking for the Terengganu Instagram Boat Tour. We have relayed your feedback to our local operator for the improvements. We truly apologize to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback for us to serve you better next time.
Operator informed that he no longer operates through Klook and refunded the money. We wasted time to locate an alternate tour provider.
