nice, value for money, my kids very like it,especially the swimming pool
This trip was postponed and rescheduled for around 4times because of the constant changing CMCO in Johor. But Kudos to the responsiveness of Desaru Coast Staff for making this trip finally happening on 10th Jan. Despite the weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much on the water park as well as ATV ride at fruit farm.
The all in package was really good as it allows us to enjoy los tpd the activities in Desaru. The only down slide was that the hotel front desk staff seemed a bit rude and was sarcastic in their replies and was not helpful when we asked questions. Other than that it is definitely a family worthy activity.
It took abt 5-6 hours ride from kL to the hotel but eventually worth it. The hotel staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was good, we enjoyed it a lot! The water park is abit crowded though. Will come back for another staycation probably not during the peak season. ;)
Booking this for weekend activities with my family. Really nice experience staying here, nice n delicious food, friendly staff etc.. recommended for family oriented time..
The hospitality provided by Hard Rock Hotel was tip top and the staffs were very friendly. The room was clean & more importantly sanitized. We enjoyed the water park as well. The only downside of this trip was the fruit farm which was a bit disappointing, nothing to see and the host was not friendly. Overall this package was quite worthy.
Really enjoy the trip. Value of money. The hotel is new and nice, staffs are friendly and helpful. Enjoy the farm tour and the lunch provide 8 dishes! Waterpark is fun but a bit crowded, not much social distancing inside.
Hard Rock Desaru staff are very friendly and will try their best to make you comfortable throughout your trip. The Adventure Park was fun too. Just remember to print out the tickets before entering the park.
The hotel staff is very friendly, my husband loss a car key at the lobby, the manager who on duty is trying to help us to ask around his staff to search the key, inside the room they prepare the face mask, hand sanitizer for the guest, even the room before u check in they will sanitize once and use a sticker to show it finish sanitize, service is good, and feel safe to stay at this hotel, water themepark is requested you to wear face mask, even you are in the pool
the service for the hotel is good and the staff is very friendly, having fun at the water themepark, the only thing is can't enjoy much due to the weather. hotel is provided shuttle bus to westin hotel, can enjoy to play at the private beach, families member feel enjoy, will definitely go back again
