Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs
- Large items such as surfboards, wakeboards, bicycles that exceeds 1.5m or 100cm x 60cm x 30cm can be accommodated with a surcharge of SGD10, and must be checked in 30 minutes before departure time at the terminal (level 2)
- The operator is not responsible for any damage to check in baggage that is sustained while the check in baggage is being handled by third parties, such as the terminal operators
- All cargo and commercial items or items not adequately packed or bundled for safe handling will not be accepted for check-in at the counter
Eligibility
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- All travelers need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity in order to leave Singapore and enter Indonesia

2nd time using Klook to book my ferry tickets to batam. Check-in 45mins before the departure time. It's easy to redeem at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Highly recommended... Will definitely purchase again on my next holiday trip to batam.

Very easy to take a ferry from Harborfront to Batam and back, it is much easier to book online than the queue also. Will definitely book again if I go next time. Stayed at a hotel that is easily accessible through grab from the ferry terminal.
Kudos to Sindo Ferry for always responding quick after I booked the ticket via Klook. The ferry to Batam Centre is better than those in my previous trip to Tg Pinang. I got my return ticket in HBF so no need to queue for check-in at Batam.
Book 2 ferry tickets to batam for a short getaway from Singapore Tanah Merah ferry terminal. Tickets are easily to be collected at the counter. We had a wonderful trip & will sure purchase here in klook again for our next trip.
ferry process was smooth on both sides. on time. not too choppy. have complimentary water on board that's nice. great for a quick 1hr ride getaway to batam...!
took the morning schedule going back to Singapore and was surprised to see very few passengers. I was even the only passenger on one side of the ferry!
The travel going from Singapore to Indonesia is a safe and great one! It is just less than an hour away from each other and a great way for a short visit to each countries.
