- The Counter is located on the right of the Arrival Hall, beside Money exchange counters, inside a shop named "Trung Nguyen"

- Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the device
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
Drop-off/return Information
- Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If due to Operator's problem, customer can get refunded or reschedule the pick up time with the Operator.
- If due to Customer's problem, customer can reschedule the pick up time with the Operator. Refund is not available.
