Samui Elephant Home Feeding Experience

I really liked the elephants’ house, this is where they take care of them and make their lives happier. The owner of the place spoke in detail about her elephants, how to cook and feed them, then we prepared a mixture and fed the elephants, everything took place in a very warm atmosphere, I liked the excursion, the transfer arrived on time, with air conditioning, everything went perfectly, thank you very much

We are a family from Sweden with two young kids, travelling some of the world. We are so tired of how animals are treated in so many places, and that people use animals to attract visitors without considering the animal welfare. Therefore we no longer want to visit regular zoos, aquariums etc. Instead we pick places where animals are taken care of. This is one of those places! This is an elephant sanctuary with a very dedicated owner that really looks to the best of the elephants. Today seven elephants have found a new home here after having been badly treated at circuses and other places. They here have a large area where they can roam free and plenty of food. In addition to all the food that jungle itself offers, the sanctuary has this activity where visitors can assist in making vitamin bombs for the elephants to improve their health further. We recommend to also bring some cash to buy a souvenir or two here to further help the sanctuary after the activity. Warmly thanks to the owner and staff for everything you do for the elephants!! We highly recommend this tour. It was also a hassle free booking through Klook, and easy to redeem the vouchers. The activity also includes pick up and drop off. As we arrived by a cruise ship they picked us up at the harbour. Much appreciated!! Highly recommended! 🐘

An amazing place and cause. They are so passionate about the elephants they have rescued and it’s inspiring hearing their stories, even cried! I will be visiting again and donating because these elephants are such gentle beautiful beings. Beautiful owners and beautiful sanctuary. I love that they call it a home cause that’s what it is with 10 acres for all 7 elephants. Highly recommend!

The staff here are a group of people who care about elephants very much. They explain carefully and the most important thing is to promote the message of caring for elephants. Stop riding elephants! By participating in the activity, you can not only enjoy the process of making food and feeding the elephants, but you can also help the elephants, help the place continue to operate, and continue to save elephants! Very meaningful!

I had a very nice and meaningful experience at the elephant sanctuary. It was great to see the focus on proper care and rehabilitation, with no forcing the elephants to perform or entertain tourists. The support for the rescued elephants and their well-being felt genuine and respectful. The lady guide, her son, and the rest of the staff were all very kind, passionate, and informative, which made the visit even more special.

We loved everything! The transfer was comfortable and took us straight to our destination without any stops at shops. The itinerary was interesting and not drawn out, the elephants were wonderful, and the family is happy! ✌️

It was very lovely to see elephants and feed them with nutritious food. We learned to prepare them nutritious food in this activity.Here,there are 6-7 rescued elephants and they are being taken care of very well I believe. A very friendly and cute madame led us during the activity,it was very enjoying and heart warming experience at the same time🐘

First we were picked up by a fantastic service then were warmly welcomed by the staff. After, a brief was given about the sanctuary and its elephants. This session meant so much as we learned what it's really like for the elephants out there in Thailand and how they are being saved from abuse. Finally, feeding session commenced and it's interesting that, like humans, each elephant is distinct in their favorite food. The experience was altogether worthwhile and I hope more such ethical sanctuaries be built in the future.

It was our first time in Thailand, so we really wanted to see these wonderful exotic animals. The options that were offered as part of the excursions were as expensive as a “spaceship”. This option attracted us primarily by the cost, but it turned out that it included everything we wanted: transfer from/to the hotel, listened to an interesting lecture about the hard life of elephants in Thailand, prepared delicious food for the elephants, and also fed these beautiful animals. All the workers were friendly and helpful. And the elephants themselves are something incredible! We will definitely come back here again.

pick-up and drop-off services was great with polite and nice driver. At the elephant home, explaination was great and throughtful to clear out the doubts of elephant riding and circle’s activities among Thailand. It’s slightly ex but we can’t get this experience elsewhere. more tourists need to be educate for elephant’s show in Thailand.
