Maliwan Thai Cooking Class

Simply amazing. We had so much fun. The classes are small so you get plenty of attention and the food tastes amazing. Rediscovered thai cuisine thanks to this class! Thanks May, the sweetest cook and instructor ever!

Highly recommend the class. The instructor was fluent in English, and explained to us the ingredients in the wet market. The ingredients were prepped by her helper, made it easy for us to cook! Food was delicious, and the teacher gave many cooking tips

This cooking class was really fun, even for people with zero cooking experience! Instructor was patient and had a good command of English. we took a tuktuk to the market and the instructor gave us a lesson on ingredients used to make the Thai dishes. when you return from the market there will be people helping you with the preparation of ingredients so it will be easier. food was very yummy. overall 10/10

The experience of buying ingredients while touring the market in a tuk-tuk was fresh. It is not difficult to make various dishes in a short time, but the ingredients are well prepared and it is not difficult to follow the teacher's demonstration. Even if you don't know English well, you explain it so that you can understand it well, and when you finish cooking, you have a meal with the cooked dish and issue a certificate of completion. It was well worth the investment of half a day and had a meaningful time.

I kindly explained the ingredients from the market and explained the process of making it concise and clear! It was not a short time, but it was a great time to make and eat! There were only two teams on the day I applied, but it was in an intimate atmosphere.

May is a ‘Super’ passionate Chef, she speak good English & guide us around local market to interact with local people. We gain a good experience in marketing & knowing more about The ingredients of Thai food. End of the day, we learn how to cook 4 different type of Thai dish. Thumb-up for Maliwan cooking class.

It was a great class. Went to the markets and it was very exclusive as we were the only ones there.

Instructor was very informative throughout the session. Cooking was easy with pre measured ingredients. The wet market trip was a nice touch too. Highly recommend :)
