Driver Hièu was on time, waiting for us at the airport. Van was big and and very spacious for the 6 of us. In the 4 (actually almost 5) hours trip we went to a Halal restaurant, Pearl farm, watched sunset, ice jungle then to our homestay in grandworld. Recommended so you don't really kind of waste your 1st day here.

Both very helpful and punctual, though communication a bit difficult as expected, but we managed well with whatsapp and translation app. Van was very big for the 6 of us. We booked a car for 12 hours and were told we'd receive the driver's contact information at 10 PM the night before. Originally, we were supposed to have a female driver, but she transferred the booking to a male driver. I immediately contacted the driver via WhatsApp. He arrived in a large, seven-seater vehicle. The driver was very nice and conscientious. He used translation software to communicate and reminded us of important things to note. We went to the zoo in the morning and Starfish Beach in the afternoon. Part of the road wasn't very smooth, and the driver's car had a low chassis, so we were worried about damaging it. In the evening, he dropped us off at Duong Dong night market and then took us to our hotel in Sunset Town, completing the full 12 hours. I tipped him afterward, as he likely had to drive back north. I highly recommend booking through KLOOK as the prices are transparent.

The chartered car booked on Klook is reassuring. The supplier always follows up and replies. The driver speaks very good Chinese. He introduced the attractions and took us to visit the pearl factory. I will book this again next time!
