Tainan Tourist Bus Number 98 Day Pass

I wanted to go to Alishan during my free travel in Taiwan without prior planning, so I searched and found a Klook product, applied, and went. My return date was March 12th, so I wanted to apply for a 10-day tour, but only one person could apply. I was traveling with a friend, so I did the 11-day tour. I was traveling in Tainan at the time of application, so I moved back to Kaohsiung, where I had stayed at the beginning of my trip, to participate in this tour. If you want to visit the Chimei Museum and Tainan Anping District, the package ticket will be cheaper than buying it separately. Line 99 is very convenient for travelers without driving. You can visit Anping District and Qigu District, but there are relatively few buses. You need to arrive at the bus station in advance, otherwise it will be very troublesome if you miss it. In addition, the ticket for Line 99 needs to be collected at Tainan Station. Because my trip that day did not depart from Tainan Station, I went to collect the ticket a day early, but the expiration date written on the ticket was the same day. Fortunately, the driver did not check it when I finally got on the bus.

Buy the combo bus ticket + Sicao boat tour from Klook, very convenience. Just redeem physical ticket from the machine at the shop (refer photo) on the day we plan to use. The bus ticket is a Day pass, can use as many times as we want on that day. Just show it to the bus driver. We travel from Tainan bus station to Anping, walk around then hop to the bus to Sicao boat tour. After that, travel by bus back to Tainan bus station. Sicao boat tour is recommended. The green tunnel is amazing with trees at both side. Worth to visit.

When traveling to Tainan, take advantage of the high-speed rail's free-of-charge shuttle bus, which is the first stop along the way: Chimei Museum, and buy a Taiwan Travel Package (museum ticket + Anping Douhua + one-day sightseeing bus ticket #available only on holidays)

This one-day ticket is very convenient and cost-effective, and can help you plan your trip. The only thing to note is that you need to pick it up at the designated location.
