Luggage Information

- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- According to Australia law, all children aged 0-7 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
