Usage reminder

  • The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
  • You will need to send across a scanned copy of your passport and visa on the email given on the confirmation voucher on successful booking of this activity
  • The SIM card is pre-activated and the validity of the SIM begins as soon as it is inserted into the phone
  • The SIM card plan has a maximum of 2.5GB consumable data valid within 10 days. Once all volume allocation is used up, you can no longer use the SIM
  • IMPORTANT: Please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you, 1-2 days for major metro cities and 3-4 days for delivery in remote locations in India
