The staff member carefully explained to me using the tablet video, from the objects in the theater to the art, lighting, and the large-scale set. I was able to fully understand because they explained in my native language using Google Translate. I was amazed by the structure of the grandiose theater. Above all, the staff member was very nice and took lots of photos in the best spots. Rather than seeing a magnificent theater, it felt like I was observing the modern and rational mechanisms and artistic aspects of the theater equipment.
Such a hidden gem and a wonderful treat to see the inner workings of the opera house!! definitely a must do for opera lovers and architecture aficionados!
This is just Opera venue tour. not any live show. they will walk you throw all places in dubai opera. My experience was excellent.
The tour was fantastic! The tour guide gave us an extraordinary introduction of the opera and showed us every key part of the opera! Even the 5 year kid was thrilled during the tour!
WARNING: Dubai Opera advertises tours when they're not scheduled. I arrived at the Dubai Opera only to be told that the tour was not scheduled for the time/date I had booked. This was after waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes whilst they dealt with another customer. I requested a refund from Klook, only to be told that the "operator is refusing a refund" and was instead offered 30% as Klook cash. What a sham! My honest advice? Be wary of booking tours with the Dubai Opera; they clearly don't care for their customers. Whilst it is not directly the fault of Klook, if they aren't prepared to fight for their customers in events like this, then I'll avoid them entirely in the future.
you should be clear about the toure, mention its tour in the top, it was fast
I work in the performance industry, so I made a reservation and went there with a happy heart, but they said the tour was canceled and offered to reschedule or refund me. How are you going to compensate me for giving up the fountain show and taking the time to go all the way there during my trip? Others should double-check before going!
