There are not many people, and it feels like a chartered car! There is a kind of city tour while looking at the city scenery of Singapore, which is great value for money!

Compact bus, but was good. Driver has picked up on time Had some difficulties in finding the pick up in return at night time, but else had been good.. A cost effective way to travel in singapore.. Highly recommend

We are a group of 2 adults and 3 kids so convenience when travelling is a must for us since we are travelling with kids. That is why I am so happy i availed of this shuttle service because it picked us up from our hotel with direct service to SG Zoo. From SG Zoo, we went straight to Night Safari and we availed of their 2nd to the last night schedule gping back to the hotel. So we don’t have to take the train or cab going back to our hotel specially since our kids are tired already after visiting 2 parks. I just noticed that the bus gets full for the night schedule so make sure to be at the bus stop atleast 30 mins before the pickup time to line up to make sure that you will get a seats. Some passengers where standing during the ride and it is almost 1 hr drive

This shuttle bus service is so convenient. It picked us up from our hotel and brought us straight to River Safari. The pickup time is not that accurate though as the bus arrived just a few minutes late, but still acceptable. We availed of round trip service so we just went to the bus stop which is just outside river safari and it dropped us off right by out hotel’s doorstep.

It is pretty good actually, considering if you are taking public transports, switching between MRT and buses, or taking a taxi, it will be more expensive, and if you take public buses, very inconvenience since you have to get down and change to other route (tried this one, success but very difficult with sleepy child to carry lol). Taking the shuttle is very convenience, wait at nearby hotel (be careful, we missed one shuttle pick up point and have to catch the bus at another pick up point, as there's no person who inform you, you need to pay attention to the bus logo, many buses will stop, and the bus wouldn't wait longer than mentioned time). Lucky we walk to the next pick up point and get in. Going back to city from the zoo were easier, there's a guy/lady who managed the pick up in front of the zoo. Overall experience OK, so far best way to get to the zoo cheap & convenience.
