It's delicious, and it's the first time I spent a lot of money on high-end sushi. The master is very professional.
10/10! Great experience overall! Chefs were making sushi in front of us, ingredients were so fresh! Best of the best!!
Vintage atmosphere Great service, food was ok
Itamae cuisine with one Michelin star is a great experience, and you can taste a completely different way of cooking.
disappointing! The pre-ordered set meal is more expensive than the self-ordered meal a few years ago, but the quality is average, not at the level of a high-end sushi restaurant. The sushi uses a lot of soy sauce, and the umami taste of the fish cannot be tasted. There are too few reservation platforms to choose from, and you can't just book a seat and order food at the store. Didn't take pictures because the food was so ordinary.
The ingredients are handled professionally, the flavors are rich, the master's movements are neat, the conversation is witty, the service staff is kind and courteous, and the portions of the meals are substantial, which will make you feel full. Among them, the nigiri sushi with live shrimp, sea urchin, and eel is impressive.
Delicious food and friendly staff. Whole family enjoyed the experience
Specially assigned a chef who can speak English and a little Chinese to help us make sushi, and also told us the photos and Japanese sayings of each fish. The person is very humorous. We added more than 10, and we also ate tuna gills and sushi. good quality
The overall experience is deviated. Although some of the ingredients are very fresh, such as shrimp, which are displayed and processed in front of the guests, some are just average, and the overall feeling is not amazing. In addition, I also order wasabi or wasabi sushi, but it is obvious that the old sushi is heavy wasabi. For example, in the photo of the clam, the wasabi is not completely covered by the clam. According to past experience, the chef will only lightly put a little wasabi on top of the yu sang. In addition, fresh wasabi is less spicy. There were wasabi that was ground as soon as it was seen that day. In theory, it will not reduce the taste of yu sang. I was very disappointed with the spicy and offensive sushi. The food should have been 4 stars, but it is only worth 3 stars for the above reasons, but the strawberry is worth mentioning. It is very fragrant and very sweet. The above experience is for reference only
It's really a bit rushed to finish a high-end kaiseki set meal in an hour! Fortunately, the types of kaiseki set meals are much less than those of other restaurants in general. Ten pieces of sushi plus a few appetizers sashimi, Mianqiang can still make it in time. But totally not worth the price!
