Avila Walls and Segovia Guided Tour

This is a must while visiting Madrid and Julia travels is pretty good 👍🏻 customer service, friendly service..MATEO our tour guide he was amazing and accommodating, he always make sure no one left behind in our group..He tried his best to explain everything to us in English the history, culture etc., in every place we went..though weather didn’t favor to us yet the fun 🤩 must go on ..Highly recommended ..lovely experienced❤️❤️❤️

Mateo was our guide and he was excellent, very good attitude!! We went to Segovia and Ávila, everything was on time, beautiful places, perfect tour! Recommended.

unfortunately missed the tour but the company offered me to attend the next day with half price. comfortable transport for visiting two place in one day

we were divided into 2 groups, spanish and english speakers. Luis, our tour guide from Julia Travels, was great at explaining historical details casually/engagingly. He was also able to accommodate various questions from the group. The pacing of the tour was quite fast since we weren't able to take a lot of photos and there weren't a lot of time to explore the city.

our tour guide was very friendly, nice and patient. she made sure we had our own personal time. Segovia and Avila was remarkable.

之前在查馬德裡近郊的時候，就想說要同一天玩完avila跟segovia，但根本就很難用大眾運輸達成這個任務。參加這個行程可以一次玩到avila跟segovia，而且在segovia的皇宮還會有導覽（其他大部分都是定點解散定時集合，且城牆門票好像是沒有包含，我還自己買），總之最大的優點就是交通！

our guide, Julia, is great! she explain the history in great detail! the tour feels a little bit rushed though

Mateo was okay. I had better tour guides. The tour felt rushed and impersonal. He had memorized a script and just delivered it. It was insightful but nothing spectacular. Hope they can improve this kind of service. He didn't even look for us after lunch. We wondered where they were only to find them at the wall area which we didn't get to take a pic.

beautiful scenic views. very friendly tour guide and informative. senior and child friendly tour. worth it.

tour arrangements is good. worth to go Segovia, is a super nice city.
