Arrival Service:
- Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge
- You will be escorted via via private vehicle / electric buggy to CIP Terminal for dedicated immigration clearance
- While you lean back and relax in our premium lounge (Temporarily unavailable due to COVID),, our baggage team will transfer your baggage from the main terminal to your designated limousine service at CIP Terminal
- Airport transfer can be arranged upon request
Departure Service:
- Be greeted by our dedicated Guest Relations Officer at CIP Terminal.
- While you lean back and relax in our premium lounge, our team will assist in all airport formalities including check-in and baggage handling.
- You will be ushered to our dedicated immigration counter for clearance and to the departure gate or preferred transit lounge via private vehicle / electric buggy
- GST refunds are available upon request
Additional information
- The voucher is open dated but you need to reserve your visit via reservations@jetquay.com.sg with your preferred date, time, flight No., passport information, and Klook voucher number
- This service is available for up to 2 persons travelling on the same flight
- COVID-19 PCR test fee (Prior booking is required and payment to be made at Changi Airport website upon booking)
- To ensure all documents are available to gain entry into Singapore (ATP/VTL/BTP, SG Arrival Card, and any other travel documents
- Baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces per guest. Additional baggage handling will be charged at SGD21.40 per piece over the counter
- Departure service is not available for Delta Airlines (DL), United Airlines (UA), Swiss Airlines (LX), and all low cost carriers
- For departures, please arrive at the CIP Terminal at least 120 minutes before your flight's departure time
- The electric buggy transfer is only available within the transit area
- The operator has the right to request payment if you fail to indicate the midnight surcharge unit (for transfer departing or arriving between 22:00-7:00)
- T4 surcharge is applicable at SGD100+ (for flight facilitated via Terminal 4 for high-risk countries)
- 15%/event peak season surcharges will also apply to eve/on Singapore public holidays
- Redemption Process:
- Please email reservations@jetquay.com.sg with your preferred date, time, flight No., passport information, and Klook voucher number to confirm your booking. The JetQuay reserves the right to reject any guests without prior reservation
- Please indicate any special request such as: Signage and transfer request, vehicle details, etc., during your reservation
- Reservation has to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute booking (within 48 hours) is subject to availability, please kindly call the Operations Team at (65) 6543 4248 to confirm the availability of this service
- Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-renewable upon expiry
- Any individual flight amendments/cancellations made with less than 48 hours prior to service date and time will be at full charge. In the event of “no shows”, full rates apply.
