About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- A deposit of MYR 350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- 4G will be reduced to 3G once you’ve reached the maximum data allocation, and will return to 4G speed with consumable data at 12:00am, the next day

- You may also call the operator's customer hotline at +60 11-1700 0813, available from 9:30am-6:30pm every Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

- Minimum rental days will be 3 days
- Malaysian passport holders are not required to make a deposit
- Non-Malaysian passport holders are required to make a refundable deposit of MYR350, to be paid by either cash or credit card
- Return the device to your selected drop off point
- For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order

Booked this portable WiFi for my parents trip. They actually enjoyed it so much because they don't have to get a local sim card anymore in Laos. Best part is, they went to Laos without the local currency (cuz u can't exchange Laotian Kip in Malaysia). So they managed to use this WiFi to access to XE and discuss rates with the driver before boarding the taxi. They paid in Baht. Thank you, Roamingman.
It was a must order! So you're always connected and it help us to find the right route and also to book a grab! :) It was good, we used it for more than 5days and the battery last long, pick up and return was a breeze! Just one con: their store is in the departure 3rd floor I think from the arrival floor, near y section, we find it hard to locate, that was just the only con. But all the device is good!
Pick-up is a little far from the arrival but the drop off is very convenient. The internet was fast but I wish they could give unlimited 4G connectivity. Overall, the pocket wifi is worth its price! Definitely will rent it again once we return.
The pocket wifi device worked really well. Connection was fast and strong. Returning the device was fast and easy. The only letdown was the collection which was in the departure area.

It works well though it will even better if there's a portable charger too. But other than that, it really helps us alot in staying connected to the Internet and it last long too.
