  • Standard Luggage Size: 20". Bags over 20" will be considered 2 pieces
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of 24" luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)

Booking Requirements

  • Attention for same day booking: Book at least 4 hours before your pick up time
  • For midnight trips, bookings must be made at least 8 hours before your pick up time
  • If your flight is expected to land around or after 11:30pm, please select a booking date for the next day and indicate date of arrival in notes section at checkout page

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside Service Hours: HKD250 per hour
  • Outside Service Areas: HKD200 in outside of the standard coverage areas
  • Child Seats: HKD80 per seat
  • Extra Luggage: HKD80 per luggage
  • Additional waiting time: HKD50 per 15 minutes after 25 minutes of waiting time (for departure transfers) and HKD50 per 15 minutes after 75 minutes of waiting time (for arrival transfers)
  • Overtime: HKD200 per hour
  • Routes through the Western Harbour Tunnel incur a toll surcharge (approx. HKD60)
