It’s a SCAM!!!! Order ala carte is even better/cheaper than the vouchers

I really enjoy it to eat this food. This is my kind of comfort food. This place always full of people. But they serve it quick. And you can have refills on the broth. It’s always hot.
super duper yummy. i love unagi so this is good grilled nicely. would recommend just a bit pricey.
Staff lack of acknowledgement of their promotions and the voucher details it’s not clear. when you buy voucher make sure you understand what you get because you might not get it when u redeem .

Not really recommended, the total price of the set included was same as you order ala carte. And there is no menu shown in klook. When we reach there (harbour front branch) the manager and the staff was discussing what menu should they give us. After 15mins, they get back to us and we calculate the total price was almost the same as the ala carte. and it was fixed, you can’t change the so called “unknown menu” even if you dont eat any of them. I prefer you walk in than buy voucher from klook.

The voucher is only valid for set menu,impossible to redeem for the meal of own choice

Go to foodcourt terminal 1, send the hard copy voucher staff to print, no extra charge, enough meal for 1 person, delicious casserole, soft ribs, a little smelly water, the first time to eat it is a bit I think, there are instructions on how to eat the dipping sauce of the restaurant, which should try, the famous restaurant chain, also saves quite a bit.
