The shuttle staff was waiting on time at the airport and explained very enthusiastically along the way. Unfortunately, my English is not very good and I don't understand well, but I still thank the driver for his enthusiastic commentary, and then took us quickly through the customs and went to the lounge to rest, and then It was great to help us pick up luggage and push it to the driver's car.

Great experience even they helped us carry many luggages ; proud of the strength of tiny young lady who able lift up the heavy luggage even thought we suggested not to do that because my husband could do that ... will recommend to someone

Once we alighted from the plane, a service personnel was standing at the end of the walkway with my name on a placard. It was a breeze to just follow him towards the immigration counter which we went through in less than 3mins (no need to get Fast Track/No Wait immigration pass), fill in the details for customs declarations online which he walked us through very quickly (without his help, it may take some time) and then he led us to the right queue to pass the customs clearance (can be quite tricky cos some lines are ‘stuck’ as people stand there to fill in the declarations last min). All these were completed in like less than 10 mins (my flight reached airport at about 8-9pm), no regrets getting this service.

Was sceptical about this service, BUT I tell you what absolutely hands down completely worth it, exceeded my expectations by a 1000% will definitely use again for sure and will highly recommend.

Our assistant was waiting for us on arrival and made the process of passing through immigration and luggage collection so easy. Would definitely use this service again!

After reading some experiences of travellers, I decided to use this service. However, there wasn't much traffic at immigration and bags came in about 20 minutes... :) But there was a jam at the customs where everyone had to submit the form and declare the number of pieces they had. Back to this booking, the experience and service rendered was as described. Their staff Rully was really helpful and went out of his way to assist me when I was in an unrelated predicament. He spoke decent English and was smiling throughout. Was great having him around.

Great service and waited with us, till our driver pick us up. Recommend and must have when traveling with kids.

Highly recommended for those travelling for first time by aeroplane. They help you in every possible way right from entering airport to exit.
