What to expect
The Qiliwan Pearl Milk Tea Cultural Center will launch a summer-limited project "This Summer Must-Visit! Super Summer Base for Children's Play Festival" from July 13 to August 31, 2026. With the theme of "Kids having fun, adults relaxing," it plans two major activity highlights: "Parent-Child FUN Zone" and "Adults Chill Out." It combines parent-child challenges, DIY hand-shaken pearl milk tea, Su'ao seafood feast, pearl beer, unique photo spots, and souvenir discounts, creating an indoor summer escape suitable for parent-child families, friends' gatherings, and visitors to the Children's Play Festival.
In the "Parent-Child FUN Zone," adults and children can challenge fun obstacle courses together, learn about the ingredients and production process of pearl milk tea, and even make their own exclusive pearl milk tea. Through interactive games and DIY experiences, they can explore Taiwan's pearl milk tea culture while having fun.
After completing the parent-child activities, adults can go to the "Adults Chill Out" area to relax and rest, taste Su'ao seafood dishes and the museum's special pearl beer, enjoy food and scenery in a comfortable indoor space, and take photos at unique check-in spots.
The Qiliwan Pearl Milk Tea Cultural Center combines brand stories, interactive exhibits, DIY experiences, special dining, and souvenir shopping, allowing visitors to not only drink a cup of pearl milk tea but also gain a deeper understanding of the ingredients, production process, culture, and creative applications behind pearl milk tea. Taiwanese people love bubble tea, so I specially went to the tourist factory with my family to participate in a DIY class. The class was rich and interesting, and there are many delicious foods nearby, so you can also take a side trip to Yilan.
You can DIY to make bubble tea with your own hands. It is very delicious. There are game facilities on the top floor of the exhibition hall for children to discharge electricity.

The hand-cranked milk DIY experience activity is about 30-40 minutes. Most of the time for the explanation is to introduce the Yilan Qiliwan Zhennii Cultural Center. The actual hand-cranked milk DIY experience is simplified. You can bring back the cup as a souvenir after DIY. Drink it, using sugar-free creamer powder, so even those who don’t drink sweets can make a sugar-free healthy pearl milk tea hand shake drink!

It’s fun to make your own homemade milk. The teacher explained it in detail and in a funny way. Both children and adults had a great time. There is also a holiday park to play in. It is highly recommended.
