Did not manage to collect the mooncake on the date selected due to mooncake production issue as per communicated by the hotel. Klook hasn't respond on this issue but when I called in to the hotel's mooncake department, the recovery service provided is satisfactory although there was discrepancy between the ground staff and hotline support
