Review for: Brisbane Airport - Brisbane City

When we arrived at the meeting place, there was no sign of the driver. After asking the customer service, we found that the pick-up company didn’t seem to have received our order, and we couldn’t contact the pick-up company. As a result, we waited for almost an hour and finally took an Uber to leave. One star is for the customer service staff who actively deal with the incident, otherwise half a star will not be given.

Great and friendly driver. He drove safely at safe speeds. He also made an extra effort to loop about the hotel to introduce the good restaurants to visit, and the attractions around.
