- Admission time is strictly observed. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until suitable availability at the Museum’s discretion
- The operator requests that visitors switch their mobile phones to silent mode before entering the Museum
- All visitors may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes, and other possessions whilst at Marina Bay Sands (including the Museum). Visitors who do not agree to be searched may be denied entry or escorted off the property
- The right of admission is reserved and is subject to Marina Bay Sands’, the seller’s, and the venue’s Conditions of Entry. In the event that a visitor is escorted out of the Museum for any reason, or if a ticket has been purchased by a visitor who is not permitted entry, no refund will be paid in respect of the ticket purchased
- In the event that a visitor is found to have damaged any property or works in the Museum, Marina Bay Sands reserves all rights to claim for any loss, damage, or expense suffered (including but not limited to legal costs), arising out of or in connection with any such damage

- Lost tickets will not be replaced
- To ensure that all visitors have ample and quality time to interact with each artwork, admission times are from 10:00 to 18:00 (last entry) in half-hour intervals. Please note that during peak hours, a queue may be expected at the exhibition entrance. Visitors will be allowed into the exhibition as soon as the Museum can accommodate
- Please note that in light of safe management measures, some artworks will be limited in capacity for public interaction.
- Strollers are not permitted into all exhibitions due to space constraints and safety concerns
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

My visit to the ArtScience Museum with the teamLab Future World ticket was truly unforgettable. I loved exploring the interactive rooms filled with mesmerizing LED lights, vibrant colors, and stunning digital displays. One of the highlights was seeing my own drawings come to life and become part of the artwork around me. Every space felt magical, creative, and immersive, making the experience enjoyable for both children and adults. kids would really enjoy this more but who said seniors nor kids at heart can't live a little. it's like me and dad were youngsters playing. what we both really enjoyed was drawing sea creatures and drawing planes that become 3D animated images. I finally found something that my dad interacted with and didn't bore him.

This was amazing and we could have spent twice as long here if we hadn't have been hungry! They dont allow pass-outs. There was something for everyone of all ages. The slide is the activity that some older adults may not participate in. Being a big kid at heart i wasnt about to let my kids have fun without me! Note there are different exhibitions and you need a ticket for each exhibition you wish to visit. we only did the future worlds one. Each section was so interactive and engaging. Depending on kids some may need help interacting but most are suitable for kids of all ages.

Great deal. was able to visit 3 exhibitions at ArtScience museum, all very well curated, interactive and informative. booking experience totally seamless, just need to show the Klook barcode to the 3 different entrances. suggest to allow 2-3 hours to experience the exhibitions fully

This was my favorite of all 🥹😭 I wish I could explain how I enjoyed this, if I could even go back and try it thrice, I would! It was a very fun experience and I feel like I am seeing a whole new world just by being surrounded by everything.

love the exhibition. I feel that the things to buy at the end of it is over expensive. the original writer of studio ghibli wouldn't have wanted that. not only expensive but less variation than you can get online of ghibli gifts and material from Japan.

Do I need to make a booking for my visit? How do I do that?
To provide a better experience at the Future World exhibit, all visitors are required to book a timeslot prior to their visit. Please do so via this link to secure a timeslot of your choice. Failure to do so would run the risk of being rejected entry to ArtScience Museum.
Can I amend the participation date?
While the participation date on your voucher cannot be amended, you can book a slot via the Marina Bay Sands website and participate at any point up to 30 days from the participation date stated on your voucher, so no worries there!
Can I make amendments to my booking?
No amendments can be made after the booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel the booking?
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made after the booking is confirmed.
What are the differences between the peak and off peak packages?
The only difference between the 2 packages are the admission dates. Off-peak days are from Monday-Thursday, and peak days are from Friday-Sunday. Check availability on the package section.
Will I need to present my ID before entering the attraction?
A valid ID may be required for visitors that book a child, student, or senior ticket
Is ArtScience Museum friendly for a person with disabilities?
ArtScience Museum is wheelchair-friendly, with automated doors. All levels are accessible by lift and all walk-through spaces in the galleries are at least 1.2m in width. Wheelchair-friendly washrooms are also located on every floor.
How long does the Future World Exhibition take to finish?
On average, the exhibition takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to complete, depending on the visitor.
Is there a specific time for the Off-Peak tickets to be used?
No. You can use the Off-Peak ticket visit the museum at any time on Off-Peak days (Monday - Thursday).
Can I amend my activity date?
Please check the terms and conditions of your selected package and check whether your ticket is listed as a "fixed date" or "open date" ticket.
For "open date" tickets: You do not need to amend your participation date. You may use your voucher to participate in your activity at any date within your voucher validity period. Your voucher validity is stated in the "How to Use > Usage Validity" section of your voucher.
For "fixed date" tickets: No amendments or cancellations can be made for this activity.
