worth the price , actors were very professional and charismatic
Hard to use. Booked tickets with Klook on busy school holiday weekend, but tickets had no time on it only date, tried to speak to 3 different people at Klook web chat but it kept timing out while waiting for response so couldn't get the answer I wanted.Turned up at the dungeon and was told I need to reserve time directly through Edinburgh dungeon website to be able to use tickets I have booked with Klook and unfortunately dungeon was already fully booked. Would be nice to be told at the time of booking, that time slot need to be booked in advance.
Interesting, but make sure you have a good understanding of English.
***Warning*** booked for 26th, turned up on the day and no space available. Why make you choose a date via Klook if the supplier doesn’t have availability. 2 really disappointed children and a really guilty dad having let my kids down. Only down for the day and Klook are not refunding me immediately. A complete let down. Be warned. I will be pursuing this for a full refund and won’t be dealing with this company again.
Great laugh. Actors and venue is a brilliant way to kill a couple of hours in Edinburgh. Would recommend.
