• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Eligibility

• Free for children with a height of 80cm or below
• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children with a height of 81 cm to 119 cm are required to purchase the child fare. The child fare only includes the bus fare and tour guide service fee, and any other expenses incurred shall be at one's own expense.
