• This itinerary is a one-way trip (departing from Taitung, disbanding in Hualien). Please be sure to confirm your boarding and drop-off locations.
• Each passenger is limited to carrying 1 medium-to-large suitcase of 28 inches or smaller (inclusive).
• To protect your rights and interests, please ensure that your insurance information is filled out correctly. Incorrect information may result in the inability to file a claim.
• If you are traveling with companions who booked separately, please note your companions' order numbers in the comments when placing your order, and the supplier will do their best to coordinate for you to ride in the same vehicle. Due to the busy assembly site, temporary vehicle change requests will not be accepted.
• According to Taiwan's laws and regulations, infants and toddlers aged 0-4 or weighing less than 18 kg are required to use a child safety seat, with an additional charge of TWD 300 per seat. Please indicate the required quantity when booking so we can prepare in advance. Space is also available in the vehicle to accommodate a stroller. (Infants must be included in the passenger count)

• The supplier will send detailed itinerary instructions and vehicle information via email by 18:00 the day before departure. Please note that emails may sometimes be misclassified as spam.
• Please help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior during your trip. If severe dirt or equipment damage is accidentally caused, the driver will charge a fee based on actual cleaning and repair needs. Please pay the driver directly at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
