• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers for the tour with them will be their guardian during the tour. Those aged 60 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments are not accepted: individuals suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular, respiratory, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those in post-operative recovery), pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments are kindly asked for their understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• Inside the Panda Base, please observe park regulations: no feeding, no tapping on glass, and no loud noises.
• Passengers holding a passport or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit must provide a photo of the identity document's front page when purchasing high-speed train tickets. Please send the order number and photos of the front page of all travelers' identity documents to the supplier's email address on the confirmation slip as soon as possible after the order is confirmed.
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait a bit by exploring the hotel surroundings. Some hotels require a deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out under normal circumstances. On the last day, please check out before 12:00 PM.
• The hotels marked in this itinerary are all diamond-rated hotels, not officially star-rated hotels by the state.
• By default, a hotel twin room will be arranged, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement".
• If you meet the current free admission policy of each scenic spot on the day and you belong to the free admission group for the scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Instead, the refundable amount will be calculated and refunded according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the assembly and disbanding times, are for reference only; please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.
• The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and intense UV radiation. Guests are advised to bring items such as sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, and lip balm. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas, guests should prepare long-sleeved clothing and warm attire. Additionally, it is recommended to carry medications such as cold medicine, stomach medicine, aspirin, sedatives, and headache powders to prevent discomfort caused by altitude sickness. During the trip, if you experience any physical discomfort, please notify the accompanying service staff and the travel agency immediately, and allow the service staff to assist with medical treatment and follow doctor's orders.
