I would like to lodge a complaint against the operator (Yo Tours). Klook Support told me that the operators would contact me for my walking tour. On the day itself by 3 pm, there was no call and no email. I was forced to make alternative arrangements. Klook should discontinue this tour. I would like a refund for this service that never happened.
