I was able to get my products when leaving from Incheon Airport, and they even included a large ice pack and a bag so I could bring them home with peace of mind! The staff member was so kind! I froze it at home and tried it right away, and it was just as delicious as the ganjang-gejang at the restaurant! Being able to eat ganjang-gejang in Japan as well is wonderful because it lets you hold on to that lingering feeling of South Korea. There was quite a bit of individual variation in the size of the crabs, which was a bit disappointing. The flavor ended up too salty because I added too much sauce, so be careful not to add too much.

I had a reservation for the final pick-up time of 6:30 PM, arrived at the station around 5:45 PM, and due to the weekday evening rush hour, managed to pick it up around 6:15 PM. The staff member was very kind and helpful. It came with a large ice pack and an insulated bag. When I got home and tried it, it had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and was extremely delicious.
