- Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized or small vehicle.
- This itinerary involves a longer journey, please evaluate carefully.

- You cannot specify seats. Additionally, if the number of participants is odd, you may be seated with other guests.
- When a small group travels, the driver will also serve as the tour guide, and will not provide detailed introductions to attractions or guided tours upon alighting.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued for non-participation or cancellation of the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc.
- If a participant leaves the group independently during the itinerary, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, any consequences resulting in personal or property safety issues must be borne by the individual.
- Due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowd impacts on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change. Please understand if there are delays or cancellations due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, and no refunds can be requested on this basis.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
