This voucher made our experience much more pleasant. Collection was seamless, and we loved that it was free and easy after a short briefing from the guide. Highly recommended travel hack! The view from the top was very charming.

The booking was simple and efficient. Booked the night before only for next day visit. However, be prepared for the additional time due to security check which can stretched to 20-30mins. in addition, saw the guide is still around after the timing as it seems there is other booking too
Great way to beat the ticket purchase queue. The guide was friendly and informative
The English proficiency of the tour guide is not so high yet acceptable. Also, there is just a short introduction to the castle, and after that we need to explore ourselves. we think that it is not advisable to join the tour and it would be cheaper if we buy the tickets ourselves in the castle rather than paying a high price for nothing.
It is the main attraction in Prague so brace yourself for a lot of people and long queues (and people trying to cut queues). Price in klook is more expensive (price in ticket booth is 250 czk) but you do get a 15 minutes intro speech in the beginning, and for our case we decided to go for klook since the queue was really long at the ticket counter (though later on we found that there are multiple counters spread around the complex, so if you arrive early enough you may want to explore and see if there are short lines before deciding). Avoid going there on Sunday because the church is closed for service until 12 and the line for entry circled around the church. Meet up point is at the church door side (nearer to the tram entrance). There are not that many signs describing the history of the place (only a few for architecture) they seem to push for the audioguide (which cost 350 czk and to be bought at ticket office)
It was nice for the person in charge to give us a quick briefing on the use of ticket as well as advice on the town. Would suggest that the pickup time of ticket could have an earlier time slot so we can spend more time in the castle.
