- 【Regarding Leaving the Group Mid-trip】During a group tour, early departure or leaving the group mid-trip is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group mid-trip, any uncompleted portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. - 【Regarding Travel Date】Please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the order date, and arbitrarily change the travel date and request to use the service, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee (i.e., the full order amount) on-site, or refuse to provide the service. Cancellation policy

- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
