Guide
- Jiangling Scenic Area is located in Xitou Township, Wuyuan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. It is the essence of Wuyuan's eastern tourism route and one of the most representative scenic spots showcasing Wuyuan's idyllic pastoral scenery. Nestled among surrounding mountains, it is world-renowned for its magnificent tens of thousands of mu of alpine terraced rapeseed flower fields. Alongside Luoping in Yunnan, Anshun in Guizhou, and Menyuan in Qinghai, it is collectively known as one of the "Four Great Flower Seas of China." Every spring, the golden yellow blanketing the mountains and plains contrasts brilliantly with the scattered, orderly Hui-style ancient villages featuring black tiles and white walls, forming a stunning, three-dimensional ink-wash painting.
- Visitors can tour from top to bottom starting from the first viewing platform at the top of the mountain, with multiple excellent photography spots set up along the way. Standing high and looking down, the undulating terraced fields wind their way down the mountain terrain, while thin wisps of smoke rise from the villages deep in the valley, creating a breathtakingly beautiful sight. In addition to flower appreciation in the spring, Jiangling's morning mist, sunrise, and sea of clouds also hold immense aesthetic value. Especially in the early morning, as clouds and mist linger between the terraced fields and the villages, it adds a touch of fairyland-like dreaminess.
- As Wuyuan's most popular must-visit destination in the spring, Jiangling is not only a base for photography enthusiasts and art school students from home and abroad to sketch and create, but also an ideal retreat for urbanites to feel the rustic country atmosphere and experience a slow-paced lifestyle. Whether strolling through the golden sea of clouds or exploring the quaint Hui-style villages, this place offers a healing visual and spiritual feast for both body and mind.
