• We provide free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services in all areas within the Second Ring Road of Hohhot. On the day of travel, around 10 AM, your driver/guide will contact you in advance to confirm the pick-up and drop-off time and location (free within the city, extra charges apply for services outside this range).
• This itinerary does not include entertainment and consumption items within the scenic area; these are optional and at your own expense.
• Bookings from guests aged 70 and above (inclusive) are not accepted. If participation is required, it must be accompanied by an eligible guardian.
• No drinking in the car
• It is recommended to bring an ID card, passport, or ID card, passport, other identification documents, driver's license, sunscreen, food and drinks, mobile charger, personal medication, and mosquito repellent.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
