• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
