• Travel time from Seoul to the concert venue may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day of departure.
• After the concert, please follow the tour staff’s instructions regarding the meeting location.
• The drop-off time back in Seoul may change depending on the concert end time.
• 100% cancellation fee applies for any cancellations made after the reservation is confirmed. No refunds will be issued.
• If you fail to arrive at the meeting point by the designated time due to late arrival or personal reasons, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be allowed.
• Please keep your valuables with you at all times. Luggage cannot be stored on the bus.
• The company and the event organizer are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
• The shuttle bus operates as a round-trip service between Myeongdong Station or Hongdae Station and the concert venue. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided.
• The shuttle bus departing from the venue may be a different vehicle from the one used for departure from Seoul, so please make sure to take all your belongings with you when you disembark.
