Activation procedure
- Once you arrive in your destination, you will need to setup the APN (Access Point Name) on your phone to enjoy the data roaming. Please follow the quick start guide for assistance
- ANDROID: go to Settings and select Connections. Then select Mobile Networks and search for Access Point Names (APN). Click Add and select Name, edit it to tunetalk and click OK. Save the edited APN and select tunetalk. Refer to this video for further assistance
- iOS: go to Settings and select Mobile Data. Then select Mobile Data Network and ensure Access Point Name (APN) is tunetalk. Refer to this video for further assistance
- Once activated, the SIM card is valid for 7 days

Redemption at KLIA 2 was super easy. The staff is friendly and helpful with the instructions. SIM card was ready to use when I touch down in Shanghai. I don’t have to look around to get my SIM card at the airport anymore. The data was enough for a week In Shanghai for a few mobile phones too. Definitely a good buy!

First time getting tune talk travellers sim card. Didnt disappoint me at all. affordable and easy to use. super good n stable connection with high speed internet while traveling around Sakai, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe n Nara..super impressive!! highly recommended. hassle free collection but took abit of time finding the location. it is opposite Family Mart or look for M&B clothing shop (not pizza hut as stated in the invoice)

I failed to take the Sim card by the date I ordered because my flight from JKT to Malaysia get delayed and I must catch my next flight to Incheon. Especially Tune Counter (place to redeem the card) is at Gateway KLIA2 and I must passed the migration first to get there. I try to emailed KLOOK and, lucky me, they allowed me to take it at my flight home. Fiuuuhhh... Thank you so much KLOOK😘😘!!! Eventough I must buy another Sim card when I reached Korea but at least I didn't lost this order. If anyone who live in Jakarta and interested to buy this Sim Card card, feel free to contact me +62818911982, I'm selling it in cheap price and the Sim card is still in seal. Got the sim at klia2 , very easy to find the store . Very quick install . Line was good at Jeju even at top of Hallasan . I didnt even finish using all 4gb . Mainly just use for GPS . Good item

Redemption was easy. We use the sim card for data throughout our self drive trip in Japan. Landed in Fukuoka and drove to Nagadski, Kumamoto, Aso, Yufuin. Reception was ok. Highly recommended as the price is affordable as well.
