• The tour cost is per vehicle and has a maximum capacity of 4 people per tuk-tuk; the number of tuk-tuks must be selected according to the size of the group
• Please select the number of tuk-tuks based on your group size: 1 tuk tuk for up to 4 guests, 2 for 5–8 guests, 3 for 9–12 guests, 4 for 13–16 guests, and 5 for 17–20 guests
• All vehicles are suitable for elderly people, and the guide will assist with boarding if needed
• Tuk-tuks do not have trunks and cannot transport child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items
• Tours and photo stops cannot be modified
• If the guest is late, the activity will be shortened accordingly; the activity will be cancelled if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, with no refund given
• The route may vary due to road closures or demonstrations
• The tours take place rain or shine and are only cancelled in extreme conditions
• In winter, the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep you warm
• Due to local regulations, the tour covers the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views not available on foot

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
