Huangmanzhai Waterfalls

Huangmanzhai Waterfall is located in the deep mountain canyon of Jingxiyuan Town, Jiexi County, and is known as the "First Waterfall in Lingnan." The scenic area is composed of multiple waterfalls, among which the most representative Feihong Waterfall is about 80 meters wide and has a drop of more than 50 meters. During the high-water season, the water pours down, creating a magnificent spectacle, making it one of the most representative waterfall landscapes in eastern Guangdong.

Following the mountain valley boardwalk deep into the scenic area, visitors can successively admire Feihong Waterfall, Yinhe Kong Waterfall, Luojiutian Waterfall, Sandiegu Waterfall, and other attractions. Waterfalls, streams, giant rocks, and primeval forests intertwine, forming a rich and layered landscape painting, with different scenery appearing at every turn.

Compared with many mountain scenic areas in Guangdong, Huangmanzhai's greatest charm lies in experiencing the震撼 (shock/awe) of the waterfall group up close. Walking through the canyon, the sound of rushing water fills the ears, and before your eyes are cascading waterfalls and lush green mountains. It is especially cool and comfortable in summer, making it a popular destination for escaping the heat and getting close to nature.
