- Cash Only for Local Logistics: The local Naoshima town bus accepts CASH ONLY (digital payments and credit cards are unavailable on the bus). Please ensure you carry sufficient Japanese Yen cash for the bus and bicycle rentals.
- Strict Ferry Schedule – We WILL NOT Wait: Our tour itinerary relies strictly on fixed public ferry timetables. The ferry will depart exactly on time and CANNOT be delayed for late passengers under any circumstances.
- Missed Departure Policy (No Exceptions): If you fail to return to the designated meeting point by the specified time , the tour group and the guide MUST board the ferry and depart without you. We will absolutely NOT delay the group or wait for late arrivals.
- Self-Return to Osaka at Your Own Expense: If you miss the ferry and are left behind on the island, you will be entirely responsible for organizing, navigating, and paying for your own transportation back to Osaka. The tour company will provide no refunds, no financial compensation, and no logistics assistance for your return travel.
- Listen to Your Guide & Use the Map: Upon arrival, you will receive a detailed island map and explanatory pamphlet. Please listen carefully to the multilingual guide's instructions regarding the exact meeting location and strict departure time.
- Essential Autumn Preparation (Warm Clothes Required): Unlike typical summer fireworks, this exclusive event takes place in mid-November. Nighttime temperatures in Tokushima will drop significantly. You MUST bring a thick jacket, warm clothes, or a blanket to stay comfortable during the outdoor fireworks viewing.
- Comfortable Footwear Recommended: Significant walking is required both at the expansive fireworks venue and across Naoshima Island. Wearing comfortable sneakers or walking shoes is highly recommended.
- Festival Restroom Notice: Restrooms at the fireworks venue consist of temporary portable toilets and will experience long queues. We strongly advise utilizing restrooms beforehand whenever available.
- Notice Regarding Traffic & Fireworks: Due to expected heavy traffic jams, please note that we may not be able to watch the fireworks until the very end.
